It's official, Harjim is now a division of United Engineering and part of the
Ralmax Group of companies. We would like to welcome everyone at Harjim to our
growing family. Harjim brings strength as a leader in structural steel and
miscellaneous metals on the lower Island. We will build on their past success
to offer customers a greater range of services and present an overall increase
in United's fabrication capacity.
We enter into Fall with a shop full of BC Ferry terminal work. Currently
we are working on pipe dolphin tops for a new terminal berth at Klemtu. As
soon as the dolphins are complete and moved to the paint shed, work on a 84 ton two
part 24' wide by 86' long jump span will begin.
